An existing metal building was completely transformed into the flexible 6,000 sq ft building that is home to the Island Doctors group. The building is divided into three suites with Flagler Hospital occupying two of the suites. The exterior of the building now features a canopy entryway and stucco exterior completely transforming the look of the metal building. All new plumbing was installed under the slab. Metal buildings, like the Butler system, are quicker to build, longer lasting, affordable and provide for flexible interiors and multiple build-outs.
