The $1.8 million project was completed in nine months, allowing A.D. Davis Construction to turn over the building for occupancy to Prosperity Bank ahead of schedule and on budget. The two-story building featured Spanish-style architectural elements and over 18,000 square feet of interior workspace including second-story offices, drive-thru tellers, elevator, lobby and bank vault.
