The entire floor plan of this 38-year-old condo was completely redesigned top to bottom, literally.  The ceilings were raised 7 inches and coffered, the outdated galley-style kitchen was transformed into a gourmet kitchen with upscale countertops, custom cabinetry and modern appliances. Other highlights of the renovation include a walk-in European shower; recessed lighting throughout; automated home system that controls lights, sound, electronics, heat and air systems; custom woodwork and trim throughout; and updated flooring. The result is a modern, open space with custom touches for increased comfort and style.
