As repeat customers of A.D. Davis Construction, the Quinn's selected a builder who would build the home of their dreams. This three-story 7770 sq ft beachside residence is built for everyday living and entertaining. Guests are greeted at the entry foyer with a custom designed tile mosaic and views of the ocean shining through the silhouette of the arched hallway. One of a kind artwork is reflected in the custom wrought iron staircase railing and stained glass window and door panels located throughout the home. A sunken first floor patio area provides privacy for the pool and outdoor entertainment area. Guests get their own full-size suite on the third floor with a king-sized bedroom, oversized full bath, kitchenette, parlor room and private balcony with views of the Intracoastal waterway. The owner’s suite features a 600 square foot California closet, a kitchenette, media area, spa style bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the beach. An elevator and dumb waiter help make life easier when guests arrive for entertaining or to stay for the weekend.
