Since 1954, A.D. Davis Construction Corp has been building custom homes and commercial buildings in St. Johns County and the surrounding area. We start all projects by building relationships with our customers through quality craftsmanship, integrity and customer service.  Lasting relationships are the lifeblood of our business, which is why more than 85 percent of our business is from repeat customers.

Personal attention to our clients and their projects is what distinguishes us from other general contractors. We are proactive in finding solutions for our clients that best achieve their goals. 

Our founder, A.D. Davis, referred to our clients, appropriately, as our “respected friends." That reference is still true today, more than 50 years later.
