The existing cardiac rehab center building had a doctor’s office on one side and a rehab facility in a separate space. A.D. Davis enclosed part of the exterior of the building to expand the cardiac rehab center and create a separate entrance for it. Throughout the entire process, all tenants were able to stay in the building and continue serving patients and clients during renovation. The renovation doubled the size of the cardiac rehab center, added classroom space, and new locker rooms. They modernized the space with electronics, created more office space for staff and added an ADA approved entry ramp.
