This island home originally built in 1972 is approximately 1,900 square feet. In need of an update, A.D. Davis renovated the interior top to bottom and added a 100 square foot pool bath. New bamboo wood flooring was installed throughout the one-story home. Custom cabinets were built to accommodate the two existing small bathrooms as part of a total bathroom update. The kitchen was the key focus of change. Transitioning the small galley-style kitchen into a gourmet center island design doubled the kitchen space and makes this feature-rich kitchen the focus of the home. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, make this a cook’s and entertainer’s dream. The 70s-era jalousie style windows were replaced throughout the home, making it more energy efficient. Two double French doors now expand entry and exit to the Florida room and new exterior pool patio. Now the home’s interiors and exteriors are integrated with a sound system for entertaining. Custom closets in the two bedrooms add storage space.
