This 123-year-old building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The private owners chose A.D. Davis to give the exterior a face lift and renovate an upstairs office space. The ornate and unusually shaped windows required a careful touch in their repairs. Glass was specially ordered due to its unique design. Window frames were repaired and repainted. The exterior made up of reinforced concrete, which A.D. Davis resurfaced. The owners chose A.D. Davis for this challenging restoration because of the company’s experience with historic renovation in the St. Augustine historic district and due to their outstanding reputation for historic accuracy in renovation and for quality craftsmanship.
